Tecmes has an area specialized in the repair and maintenance of its equipment. It is located in its factory in Buenos Aires, (Almte. J. F. Segui 2450, La Paternal, CABA CP 1416).
The repair period varies between 10 to 30 days after Tecmes receives equipment for repair, depending on the state and administrative processes.

- Tecmes Customer Service undertakes to diagnose the equipment sent for repair within 30 days of the moment we receive the item.
- If it is under warranty, the equipment is repaired immediately after its diagnosis, if it is not under warranty, a budget will be sent to the client for approval.
- Once the budget has been approved by the client, Tecmes undertakes to complete the repair within 30 days; Run once the acceptance of the budget has been received.
- Repaired equipment is guaranteed for a period of 180 days after the date of repair repair.
- We thank you for your cooperation in achieving a speedy return by promptly providing repair budget approval decisions, and payment confirmation once we have supplied you with a repair budget.
