Through international credits, this Institute invited bids for the supply of hydric research equipment. Having won the bid, TECMES was the provider of processing equipment and level and rain data recorders. These instruments were installed at the Río Salado and Las Delicias watersheds, in the provinces of Santa Fe and Entre Ríos respectively. Apart from the maintenance of water level recorders and reader equipment, TECMES accomplished advice tasks when it was required.
